Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit Transactions
Our attorneys have experience working on transactions involving federal and state historic rehabilitation tax credits, including initial structuring of entities, negotiations of operating agreements with tax credits investors as well as reviewing all financial components of the project’s projections. We have assisted with every aspect of a historic tax credit transaction from qualifying a project with SHPO (state historic preservation office) to successful exit strategies post recapture period. In addition, Chaffe McCall has experience applying for, receiving, and monetizing state historic rehabilitation tax credits.
Louisiana Motion Picture Tax Credits
