Firm Continues Strong Growth, Welcomes New Attorneys to New Orleans

Chaffe McCall Welcomes Alex J. DeGiulio and Jesse Frank to its Litigation practice

  

NEW ORLEANS, LA – Chaffe McCall, L.L.P.  welcomes Alex J. DeGiulio and Jesse Frank to the firm as associates in its New Orleans office.  The addition of Alex and Jesse is a part of the firm’s ongoing regional growth and commitment to the development of new attorneys.  They will practice in the firm’s core admiralty & maritime and litigation sections.

Jesse earned his law degree, cum laude, in 2018 from Tulane University Law School.  He served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal and graduated with a certificate in Maritime Law.  In 2012, Jesse graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.  Before law school, he taught middle school social studies through Teach for America.  He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar.

Alex earned his Juris Doctor degree cum laude and received a Maritime Law Certificate in 2018 from Tulane University Law School. He served as the Managing Editor of Tulane Maritime Law Journal, the Executive Chair of the Tulane Environmental Law and Policy Summit, and a board member of the Tulane Moot Court Board.  In his third year of law school, Alex practiced under a limited student-attorney license with the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic, where he gained valuable experience drafting an amicus brief to the United States Supreme Court.  He served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Fredericka H. Wicker of the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal and as a legal intern in the United States Coast Guard, Eighth District Legal Office.  Alex graduated cum laude from Bucknell University in 2013, with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Environmental Studies. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar.
