This annual honor recognizes outstanding female attorneys across the New Orleans area for their exceptional legal work and leadership in the profession. Inclusion is determined through peer nominations, with attorneys recommending up to three colleagues in various legal specialties.

About Our 2026 Top Women in Law

Leah Engelhardt is the Practice Area Coordinator of Chaffe McCall’s Insurance section. She has over two decades of diverse experience in national insurance litigation and counseling domestic and London Market insurers. Leah has also been recognized by New Orleans City Business as a “Women of the Year” honoree.

Mandy Gagliardi focuses her practice on taxation of corporate and pass-through entities, tax credits, corporate transactions, and litigation. She represents real estate developers and advises on the use of federal tax incentives, including historic preservation credits, conservation contributions (facade easements), and New Markets Tax Credits.

Rosalie Haug is a Partner in Chaffe McCall’s New Orleans office. She represents corporate clients ranging from local businesses to multinational corporations, railroads, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations in state and federal courts, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.

Julie Livaudais is a highly regarded labor and employment attorney who counsels corporate clients ranging from local businesses to multinational corporations, as well as educational institutions and nonprofit organizations, in all phases of employment litigation. She is widely recognized for her strategic approach to resolving complex employment disputes.

Sarah Myers is a Partner in Chaffe McCall’s Labor and Employment Section. She represents employers and management in all aspects of labor and employment law and is an experienced federal court litigator. Sarah regularly defends nationwide, regional, and local clients in employment matters involving Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
