With over 30 years of experience and an impressive track record of successfully representing insurance, business, and finance industry clients, Dave is known for his unwavering dedication to achieving favorable outcomes. His addition strengthens Chaffe McCall’s position as a leading provider of comprehensive legal services in Houston. He has successfully litigated numerous cases to conclusion in administrative, state, and federal courts and has served as a mediator in hundreds of matters. Dave’s experience encompasses various legal areas, including maritime, legacy and renewable energy, construction, transportation and Insurance, and finance. Dave received his JD from South Texas College of Law, an LLM from Texas A&M University, an MBA from the University of Houston Clear Lake, and a BA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Dave joined Chaffe McCall during the firm’s significant growth.
