Chaffe McCall Partner Leah N. Engelhardt Appointed Chair of Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel Insurance Practice Group

NEW ORLEANS, LA – Chaffe McCall LLP is pleased to announce that Leah N. Engelhardt, Partner and Chair of the firm’s Insurance Practice Group, has been appointed Chair of the Insurance Practice Group for the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel (LADC).

Leah leads Chaffe McCall’s Insurance Practice Group and has more than two decades of experience representing domestic and international insurers in complex coverage disputes, litigation, and counseling matters. Her practice includes advising both domestic carriers and London Market insurers on a wide range of insurance coverage issues and claims.

Her recent appointment adds to an impressive list of professional accomplishments and recognitions. Leah has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® for Insurance Law and Insurance Litigation, selected for inclusion in Louisiana Super Lawyers for Insurance Coverage, named a Top Lawyer in Insurance Law by New Orleans Magazine, and named as a New Orleans CityBusiness Women of the Year honoree.
