Chaffe McCall Presents New Firm Logo

“The Chaffe McCall brand is one of the firm’s greatest assets. The decision to update the logo is intended to optimize and communicate our essence and our continuing commitment to our clients,” said Firm Managing Partner, E. Howell Crosby.

The contemporary logo design respects the firm’s history and yet symbolizes the organization’s continued growth and transformation. Chaffe McCall’s management committee chose a design that reflects the firm’s service to its clients worldwide. The logo’s color represents a successful, established, and growing firm that is diverse and wide-ranging. The new design also incorporates more contemporary fonts, and the updated circular image suggests a unified and dynamic organization working in collaboration with its clients.

“Another reason for the logo change is that it reflects who we are today and communicates the firm’s mission of providing the highest quality legal services in our clients’ best interests”, said Derek A. Walker, Chairman of the firm’s Business Development Committee.

Chaffe McCall is planning to commemorate its 190th anniversary with celebrations, including an internal “launch party” to roll out the new logo. The firm has teamed up with local active wear company Tasc to provide personalized firm shirts for those at Chaffe McCall to wear for the release. Chaffe McCall is also discussing local community initiatives to celebrate this milestone. “Chaffe McCall has been part of the New Orleans community for 190 years, and we want to mark this special anniversary by giving back to our community,” said Julie Livaudais, member of the firm’s management committee.

Chaffe McCall’s commitment to community service and pro bono work has always been an important hallmark of the firm’s culture. The firm’s lawyers handle a wide range of pro bono matters and have donated countless pro bono hours to various local organizations.
