Chaffe McCall Expands Insurance Practice with Addition of Houston Attorneys

HOUSTON, TX (June 24, 2019) – Chaffe McCall welcomes three new attorneys, Frank A. Piccolo, Kenneth H. Tribuch, and Caroline T. Webb, to its Houston office. With these additions, Chaffe McCall expands the depth and capability of the firm’s Insurance Department in the Southeast.

Frank A. Piccolo joins as a Partner in the firm’s Insurance and Admiralty & Maritime practices.  Frank is a highly regarded and experienced lawyer, whose practice is focused on advising clients on various matters in these areas. His practice includes a special emphasis in marine insurance coverage, inland marine, general casualty, transportation law, and first party residential and commercial property claims. He has managed all aspects of wrongful death, personal injury, and property damage litigation, as well as matters involving contractual indemnity and insurance, environmental and pollution, Jones Act, premises, product liability, and toxic tort.  Frank is a 1983 graduate of Loyola Law School and is admitted to practice in both Texas and Louisiana. 

Kenneth H. Tribuch has a stellar professional record representing domestic and international insurance carriers, insureds and clients in a wide range of insurance and defense matters.  He brings to Chaffe McCall over 25 years of substantial experience in litigation, focusing on general casualty, marine, energy (oil & gas), and property (first and third party) claims.  He previously served as a partner at a Houston law firm representing clients in matters involving wrongful death, personal injury, and property damage claims, as well as business and commercial litigation.  Ken will join our Houston office as a Partner in the Insurance practice.  He is a 1993 graduate of the University of Miami Law School and is admitted to practice in both Texas and Florida. 

Caroline T. Webb also joins the Houston office in the firm’s Insurance practice as an Associate. She serves as litigation and coverage counsel for domestic and London Market insurers under various types of insurance policies. Her practice areas include first-party property and bad faith liability claims and contractual indemnity. With fourteen years of experience, she excels at resolving matters in a timely, cost-effective manner through the use of dispositive motions and early settlement discussions. Caroline is a 2005 graduate of South Texas College of Law where she earned top awards for her legal writing. She is admitted to practice in Texas.

Frank, Ken, and Caroline join Chaffe McCall’s rapidly growing Houston office, which is led by Hal Watson, Office Managing Partner and Chair of the firm’s Admiralty & Maritime Practice. The Insurance Department is overseen by Practice Area Chair Leah Nunn Englehardt.
