William Langenstein Elected to Prominent Positions on Two Distinguished Boards

William Langenstein, a dedicated member of the legal community and a prominent figure in New Orleans, has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Audubon Nature Institute and as a board member of Children’s Hospital New Orleans. This double appointment is a testament to Bill’s unwavering commitment to community service and to furthering the missions of these important organizations.

Bill’s ties to Audubon are well-established, having previously served as the Chairman of the Audubon Fund in 2001. Additionally, he contributed as a committee member in 1999, 2002, and 2004, demonstrating his deep-rooted commitment to the organization’s goals.  The Audubon Nature Institute Board, which governs the esteemed Audubon Nature Institute, is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Commission’s facilities. As a board member, Bill Langenstein will play a pivotal role in guiding the institute’s mission and ensuring its continued success. Members of this board are elected for a maximum of two consecutive four-year terms, reflecting their dedication to this important cause. 

In addition, Bill serves as a Board Member of Children’s Hospital New Orleans,  a distinguished medical institution dedicated to providing world-class pediatric healthcare. His involvement on this board signifies his dedication to the well-being of the community’s most vulnerable members, the children, and the advancement of healthcare services in the region.  Bill also serves on the Greater New Orleans Educational Television (WYES-TV) board, where he has previously served as chairman. His involvement in these diverse organizations showcases his dedication to creating a brighter future for the city of New Orleans.
