Hal Watson to speak at 27th Biennial Tulane Admiralty Law Institute

Chaffe McCall admiralty and maritime attorney will serve in a variety of roles during the Tulane Admiralty Law Institute on February 28 – March 2, 2018, at New Orleans Board of Trade.

Houston Partner, Harold “Hal” Watson will serve as a moderator and presenter during the upcoming Tulane University Law School’s 27th biennial Admiralty Law Institute set to take place Feb. 28 to March 2 at the New Orleans Board of Trade. The theme of the event is Admiralty Jurisdiction & Procedure: Blueprint for Practice.

Hal, who serves as president of the Maritime Law Association of the United States, will moderate a presentation entitled “Vessel Arrest & Maritime Attachment Under the Laws of Other Jurisdictions”on Wednesday, Feb. 28. Hal will also be giving the opening presentation,”Evolution & Unification of the Federal Admiralty Rules & Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.”
