Recently, the firm’s New Orleans office welcomed talented attorney Shannon Lundin as an Associate in the firm’s Business and Real Estate sections. Shannon is assisting lenders and developers in a variety of commercial lending/real estate matters.

Shannon earned her Juris Doctor with Honors from Emory University School of Law, where she served as Executive Managing Editor of the International Law Review, was an engaged member of the Corporate and Business Law Society and International Law Society, and volunteered with the Atlanta Legal Aid Society. While in law school, Shannon also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael P. Mentz in the 24th Judicial District Court of Louisiana. She graduated summa cum laude from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Wendy is also a seasoned monitoring counsel and has worked with various insurance-regulated entities. Over her accomplished career, Wendy has offered her expertise to clients on a wide range of insurance coverage issues, leveraging her extensive background in complex litigation and subrogation to assist clients in resolving challenging legal matters. She has successfully represented clients in multimillion-dollar first-party property insurance disputes and energy subrogation cases for London insurers. Her litigation experience also encompasses insurance claims related to energy, bad faith, pollution, political risk, and product liability.

Wendy holds an undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and graduated cum laude from Tulane Law School. She is licensed to practice law in both Louisiana and Texas.
