Chaffe McCall Expands Texas Presence with New Insurance Litigation Attorney

Houston, TX – Chaffe McCall is excited to announce the addition of Patrick Sears as an associate in its Insurance and Litigation practices, continuing the firm’s strategic growth in Texas.

Patrick brings a wealth of experience in handling complex legal matters and a proven track record of advocating for clients across a variety of litigation areas.  Before joining Chaffe McCall’s Houston office, Patrick gained valuable experience at a plaintiff’s firm, where he focused on business litigation and insurance defense for national carriers. His work included:

  • First- and third-party auto and homeowners’ claims
  • Premises liability cases
  • General liability matters

Patrick graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston, where he was an active member of the policy debate team. He earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, excelling in mock trial competitions and serving as Treasurer of the Black Law Students Association. During law school, Patrick clerked for The Honorable Judge Fredericka Phillips in the 61st Civil District Court of Harris County.

Patrick’s addition marks another milestone in Chaffe McCall’s ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional legal counsel and expanding its capabilities in the Texas market. His skills and insights will enhance the firm’s ability to provide outstanding representation in insurance and litigation matters.
