Chaffe McCall Expands Houston Office with Addition of Litigation Associate Andre Nembhard

HOUSTON, TX – Chaffe McCall is pleased to announce the addition of Andre Nembhard as an Associate in the firm’s Houston office, where he will focus his practice on litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense and coverage matters.

Andre brings a broad litigation background to the firm, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial disputes, civil rights, real estate, and insurance subrogation.  His experience allows him to offer strategic counsel tailored to various industry needs.  He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law and began his legal career in Anchorage, Alaska. There, he practiced civil litigation and served as a law clerk to the Superior Court. While in Alaska, Andre represented clients across state, federal, and tribal courts, building a broad foundation in complex litigation.

Andre is admitted to practice in Texas and Alaska, as well as before the United States District Court for the District of Alaska, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the Eastern District of Texas, and the Tlingit and Haida Central Council Tribal Court.
