Shawn M. Bridgewater-Normand

Shawn M. Bridgewater is a Partner in Chaffe McCall’s New Orleans office and focuses her practice on:

• General business and corporate law
• Public Entity and Public Bid Law
• Contract law
• Commercial and residential real-estate law

Shawn has been directly involved in an extensive number of mergers, as well as numerous stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions. She also has extensive experience in both commercial and residential real-estate transactions and has represented various developers, lenders, individuals, and corporations in connection with the acquisition, divestiture, leasing, development, and financing of both residential and commercial real estate.

RECENT PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS

• Advises clients in connection with the acquisition, divestiture, financing, and leasing of residential and commercial real estate
• Serves as General Counsel for the Louisiana Stadium and Exposition District and provides advice with respect to operational, contractual, and other related matters
