Catherine Schroeder

Catherine Schroeder is an attorney in the Commercial and Civil Litigation Practice Group at Chaffe McCall. As an associate, she applies her experience as a federal law clerk to assist clients in navigating the complexities of civil litigation and works to develop outcome-driven litigation strategies aligned with each client’s business needs.
Catherine earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she served as symposium editor for the Journal of Law and Technology. She was selected as a member of the Trial Advocacy and Moot Court Boards and was awarded entry into the Order of Barristers upon graduation. Catherine received her B.A. in biology from the University of Virginia.
Prior to working at Chaffe McCall, Catherine served as the law clerk to the Honorable Donna Phillips Currault, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
