Annie Phillips is an Associate in Chaffe McCall’s New Orleans office with a strong track record of success in various legal domains.  As a member of the Insurance practice, she has experience assisting many types of insurance-regulated entities and leverages her litigation experience to address a wide range of legal matters. Her capabilities encompass:

  • Analysis of Initial Complaints
  • Drafting responsive pleadings and motions

  • Trial support

Before joining Chaffe McCall, Annie was an associate at a full-service law firm of more than 350 lawyers. During her time there, she worked in the Business and Real Estate section, honing her skills in business transactions, corporate and securities law, real estate transactions, public utility law, and commercial litigation. Her diverse background in these practice areas equips her with the versatility to tackle complex legal challenges effectively.

Annie is a proud alumna of Loyola University School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 1998. During her time at Loyola, she served on the Moot Court Board. Annie earned her Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Spanish from the University of Georgia in 1995.
