Terry Q. Alarcon
Judge Terry Alarcon is litigation Of Counsel in Chaffe McCall’s New Orleans office. He has a wide range of experience representing corporations and individuals in matters involving government investigations and white-collar defense. His practice focuses on the representation of corporations, senior corporate executives, and public officials in a wide range of internal investigations, compliance reviews, and government investigations and enforcement actions regarding business crimes and civil frauds. Terry’s experience allows him a perspective and credibility with judges that other attorneys do not have.
Prior to joining Chaffe McCall, he served as First Assistant District Attorney, Municipal Court Judge, Executive Counsel to New Orleans Mayor Sidney Barthelemy, and Chief Judge of the 41st Judicial District Criminal Court in Orleans Parish. Terry received his J.D. degree from Loyola University and his B.S. from Spring Hill College. He is admitted to the Lousiana bar.
