Wendy Pineda-Welch
Marketing/Recruiting Specialist
Wendy Pineda-Welch is responsible for developing creative and innovative ways to connect companies and individuals with Chaffe McCall’s services. She oversees the Firm’s marketing, client service and media activities, internal and external communications, and marketing technologies. Wendy is Chaffe McCall’s Marketing and Recruiting Specialist.
In her role, Wendy also serves as the firm’s Law School Recruiting Specialist. She is responsible for the operations of on-campus recruiting and Chaffe McCall’s summer associate program. Working closely with the Human Resources department and the larger recruiting committee, she oversees the hiring tasks of summer associates and first-year associates across all of the firm’s offices.
Wendy has more than 15 years of experience in legal marketing with responsibilities well beyond client service and business development, including developing efficient processes in communications, website technology, and design. Wendy is at her best when she is collaborating with her team, and working diligently with attorneys to deliver the best possible outcome.
