As the Operations Manager, Bill MacDowell is responsible for coordinating resources across the firm’s offices in Louisiana and Texas. He works closely with the Executive Director to ensure that all aspects of the firm’s strategic initiatives are met. Bill oversees internal operating activities including, records and facilities management, purchasing, and training & development.
Bill has been with Chaffe McCall for over 25 years. Prior to joining Chaffe McCall, he was the manager for a full-service facilities management and advisory firm. There he focused on process improvement, office management, internal controls, and audits. He received his B.B.A from Loyola University.
