Caroline Webb has successfully represented clients in all phases of litigation and combines her fourteen years of experience and broad litigation background to help clients resolve matters quickly through the use of dispositive motions and early settlement discussions. She practices in Chaffe McCall’s Houston office and is a member of the Insurance practice.
Caroline relies on a broad experience base serving as coverage and litigation counsel for domestic and London Market insurers under various types of insurance policies including property and general liability. She has guided insurers on coverage matters and preparing coverage opinions.
Caroline is a 1996 graduate of Baylor University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Post-Baccalaureate in Education. She received her J.D., cum laude, from South Texas College of Law in 2005 where she served on the Law Review and earned top awards for her legal writing.
She is admitted to practice in Texas and the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Western, Northern and Southern Districts of Texas.
