Health Law
The
Health Law Section has
been involved in nearly every aspect of this technical and
heavily regulated field of law, including formation and
operation of HMO's, PPO's, IPA's, TPA's, and other groups,
managed care, Medicare/Medicaid, integrated delivery systems,
regulatory relations, benefit agreements, provider contracts,
mergers, acquisitions and take overs, litigation, tax-related
issues, anti-trust analysis, fraud and abuse, physician practice
management, public offerings and private placements, utilization
review, quality assurance, and more.
In each of those areas, Chaffe McCall has successfully engaged
in strategic planning and implementation and assisted with
venture formation, financing, legislative and regulatory
compliance, and litigation.
