Mrs. Woodruff was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and attended Mount Carmel Academy, graduating in 1999. In 2003, she graduated from The University of Alabama, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy.
Mrs. Woodruff graduated from Louisiana State University's Paul M. Hebert Law Center in May 2007 with both a Juris Doctorate degree and a Bachelor of Civil Law degree. While in law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Board and a finalist in the Robert Lee Tullis Moot Court Competition.
Mrs. Woodruff is an associate in Chaffe McCall's Business and Real Estate Section where she has represented lenders and developers with the acquisition, divestiture, development, leasing and financing of office buildings, apartments, condominiums, and hotel developments. She has assisted clients in the areas of planning, zoning, subdivision, and permitting requirements on the state and local level. Mrs. Woodruff has also represented lenders and other clients in the area of commercial litigation.
Mr. Woodruff is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state courts, all Louisiana federal courts, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and an active member of the American Bar Association Real Property Section.
