She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations with a concentration in Eastern European Affairs from Tufts University in 2000. Ms. Ferchmin graduated from Tulane Law School in May 2005. While attending Tulane she was a member of Alianza del Derecho and the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law. Ms. Ferchmin is fluent in Spanish, Polish and Croatian and is a partner in Chaffe McCall’s admiralty section.
