Kurt D. Duncan has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Economics from Loyola University, an MBA from the University of Memphis, and a Juris Doctorate degree from the Loyola University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review and Moot Court and graduated as a William L. Crowe Scholar.
Mr. Duncan is a partner in the commercial litigation and business sections, working primarily in the areas of contract disputes, business torts, commercial foreclosures, and oil and gas litigation, while also assisting in bankruptcy matters, securities litigation, and mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
He is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state courts, all Louisiana federal courts, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association.
