Michael Bush is a general partner at Chaffe McCall, resident in our New Orleans office, with more than 10 years of diverse litigation experience.  He is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Law Section, while also maintaining an active practice in other areas of the law.  Michael regularly counsels a longstanding clientele of domestic and international corporations, business owners and individuals.  On their behalf, he has successfully pursued and defended civil litigation, and appeals, in federal and state courts nationwide – as well as in a variety of mediation and arbitration forums. 

Prior to joining Chaffe McCall, Michael served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable G. Kendall Sharp, United States District Judge for the Middle District of Florida.  He graduated with honors from the Loyola University College of Business in 1991, and earned his law degree from the Loyola University School of Law in 1994.  Michael is licensed to practice law before all state and federal courts in Louisiana and Florida, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits.
