Ms. Bridgewater was born in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1959 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Louisiana State University in 1981.  She received a Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola University School of Law in 1985. 

Ms. Bridgewater’s primary areas of practice include general business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contract law, and commercial and residential real estate law.  Ms. Bridgewater has been directly involved in an extensive number of mergers, as well as numerous stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions.   Ms. Bridgewater also has extensive experience in both commercial and residential real estate transactions and has represented various lenders, individuals and corporations in connection with the acquisition, divestiture, leasing and financing of both residential and commercial real estate.  She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association.
