Eiswirth Direct Dial Number: (504) 585-7087 email:   Ms. Eiswirth was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and attended St. Martin’s Episcopal School, graduating in 2003.  In 2007, she graduated summa cum laude from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Management in Legal Studies in Business and Marketing and a minor in Psychology.    Ms. Eiswirth received a Juris Doctorate in Civil Law from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2010.  She graduated summa cum laude and is a William L. Crowe, Sr. Scholar.  While in law school, she was a published member of the Loyola Law Review.  Since joining Chaffe McCall, Ms. Eiswirth has worked as an associate in the Litigation Section.   Ms. Eiswirth is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state courts, all Louisiana federal courts, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.   Publications   The Employee Free Choice Act: Protecting the Rights of Employees or Protecting the Rights of Unions?, 55 Loy.
