Mr. Barr is from El Campo, Texas.  He is a 2004 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and a 2007 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law.

Mr. Barr has successfully represented clients in a wide range of practice areas, including commercial litigation, construction, admiralty, products liability, personal injury/wrongful death, pollution/environmental, professional malpractice, and insurance matters.  He has represented numerous clients in state and federal courts throughout Texas and the nation.  Mr. Barr additionally has extensive experience in pre-trial matters, including resolution of complex discovery disputes, motion practice, expert witness issues, settlement negotiations, and he has successfully obtained the dismissal of several cases through dispositive motions and early settlement negotiations. 

Mr. Barr is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the Houston Bar Association.
