Philip B. Sherman

As an associate in Chaffe McCall's Business and Real Estate Section, Mr. Sherman represents lenders and developers in the acquisition, financing, development and leasing of all types of developments, including office buildings, apartments, condominiums, and restaurants. He also assists clients in land-use planning, including zoning, resubdivisions, and permitting.

Mr. Sherman also practices in the fields of general business and securities law and asissts clients in raising capital through private offerings.
