E. Howell Crosby

As the Managing Partner of Chaffe McCall, L.L.P.,  E. Howell Crosby is helping guide the firm through strategic growth while enhancing the service the firm provides in a way that remains focused on its' clients.  With over thirty years of experience representing clients nationally and locally he approaches each client need to identify practical resolutions to complicated legal issues.  Howell concentrates his practice on the areas of:

Howell has developed an extensive network with City and State officials in the areas of planning, zoning, subdivision and permitting. He is admitted to practice law in Louisiana and Mississippi.  He also has represented  lenders and developers as well as clients with the acquisition, divestiture, development, leasing and financing of shopping centers, office buildings, apartments, industrial sites, condominiums, timeshare, assisted and independent  living facilities, low-income housing, restaurant, and hotel developments. He has represented numerous companies and individuals in connection with a wide spectrum of commercial transactions, including:
